Retention is Vital, engage your stake holders in simple staff idea and planning it will make them not to feel but be part on any Research study and stakeholders. Community engagement it means be part, know what’s happening within your community What help can they offer knowing the needs of their communities face daily how can Retention take place bring back control.

I believe leadership is a team work and requires skills, transparency, Communication, building ground work in understanding each other and working towards one goal, one mission and vision. Leadership and team work its not about being bossy but its about two different people coming with different backgrounds willing to work and understand what brings them to the meeting of what is they want to achieve like stakeholder engagement &values.

Hi friends my name is Phinda Galela I grow up in dusty township of Soweto I always had interest and love in working with community basically giving back to community information about Health issues. I am a community liaison Officer at Sizwe TB hospital, a Member of CAB also work with various hospital and communities in Clinical trials.

My Goal and Motivation is to Grow in understand Community Engagement and Clinical trial Studies in all Aspects, I believe linking both clinical Research and communities Engagement in Health programs and knowing what is Research, What participation means and importance of Stakeholders. GPP will enhance my skills in CE.
