    We are obliged to encourage the involvement and commitment of community stakeholders and the rest, we must keep them informed of the follow-up of other programs: training or retraining of stakeholders, protocol or contract development, signature of all Documents that proves the partnership on each test case for clarity. Here, the action is uninterrupted by the alignment of the other team members to the program and the separate case study according to the test sites.

    First, the approach of any research team must be carried out in a climate of confidence, by excluding the false that discredits the analysis of the study itself. The protocol phase would engage only the research stakeholders and because the quality standards were not met, it is important that the PrEP approach is used to preserve certain spouses and sexual partners in Discordant couples against HIV transmission. Here, only providers of HIV prevention services are the only ones to intervene in services.

    Social media is a powerful means of communication, but not any communication! In the case of scientific research, especially on the HIV / AIDS pandemic, it is prudent to avoid using social media for our communications because people may misinterpret our message. In this case, peaceful communication: publication of an article in a national newspaper, TV, radio, e-mail, remains the noble.

    To facilitate dialogue, several communication methods are in place, including:
    1. The descent on the sites of activities 2 to 3 times per year (lack of possibilities);
    2. Holding workshops of exchange and sharing of experience: once a year;
    3. Periodic meeting if necessary to collect new data after test analysis;
    4. Request for transfer of data after laboratory testing;
    5. Periodic conversations with research groups in the sites;
    6. Etc.

    Jorge! Hello.
    It is time for you to seize the Ministry or Department of University Education and Scientific Research of your country, to make a plea and do something about it. You have the duty to show the authorities in your country the following: “a country without scientific research is doomed to disappear! “. We live the century of invention and scientific innovation without which, a people can not develop. You can be the catalyst for this initiative in your country, for the benefit of a whole people.
    To our colleague Carué: the same recommendation remains formal for the discussions with the public health sector leaders and the establishment of the scientific research department, supported by the CAB or CAG approach of working in synergy following the plan National and international strategy, this will help you further on clinical trials.

    After reading the CROI publication, our attention has focused on more than one aspect, including the acceptance of several methods (approaches) to HIV prevention and AIDS. Only we are sorry to hear that a man who has joined the PrEP is infected with HIV! Science and conscience require from us an in – depth study of this. The editor of this testimony points out that man has had a lot of sexual intercourse without protecting himself from condoms, caution requires that we do not fall into the incidence of lesions to the mucous membranes of genitalia.
    According to Mrs. Victor Virlogeux and Bart Rijnders, people living with HIV, are exposed to multiple opportunistic infections, but in case of co-infection with hepatitis C, it is advisable to use Direct Action Antivirals (ADAs).
    Also, the viral load becomes undetectable in HIV positive people who are on effective antiretroviral therapy.

    1.We are doing PMTCT, which requires us to train, retrain CAB or CAG members on modules and topics related to HIV and AIDS, HIV prevention, Stigma and Discrimina, etc. We educate direct and indirect beneficiaries and all other stakeholders in all the sites of our projects.
    – We work with laboratories during voluntary screening, which is an opportunity for blood sampling for scientific research as well as the transfer of data obtained to the hierarchy in real time.
    2. There is enough to improve in our work, including:
    – Struggle to get patients out of hiding (new and old);
    – Fight for zero stigma and discrimina;
    – Direct patients to treatment, medical, psychosocial, nutritional and other care;
    – Make patients adhere to this package of services that are in their interest;
    – Have regular and powerful donors and not those who abandon partners and patients 3-4 years without financial, material and social support!
    – Look for all those lost to follow-up who are currently in a state of fall in the disease;
    – make active the committee or section of research on HIV and AIDS; And motivate them;
    – Availability of ARVs at our level without dependence on health zones; Hospitals and public health posts with insufficient stock;
    – Everything is about means, availability, will, commitment, dedication, etc.

    When resources are insufficient to support the formal activities of formative research, we resort to partners either of the platform who are in a position to facilitate us, or to local partners involved in the same sector of activity as we, These may be: NGOs, COBs, health zones, hospitals, research centers, community relays, etc.). To achieve this, we must use the strategy of dialogue and sharing or exchange of knowledge and experience in community work.

    In DRC, my country, the National Gouvernment encourages the research on HIV and AIDS. This approach is offering to the Health public services, Sanitary Departments, privated Scientifcs and young researchers with promise of gratification to those will discover new approach, medication or treatment fo AIDS desaese.
    The local communities are engaged wioth effective participatory in the clinical trails, because people wanted to find the positive result on this pandemic which wondered the World. Is the reason for what everyone need to be trained on HIV and AIDS, and each one required to advice other on behaviour sexual activity. My country accept the national and inetrnational guidances on the HIV/AIDS for a good work of research and good result.

    If the stakholder do not respond to their rule, the result will be vain. Then their rule can be effective if only if we consider these as a part of our actors and important local, national or international partners. So each part have to give its almost it can to the community work: e.g.: advices, guidance, fund, strategies, workshop, tools, in order to get success under our all activities. Brief, everyone is needed as attendee, because together we’re strong going to the main objective.
