At COPDECO, we focus on the involvement and involvement of all local communities in the activities of our projects. This is done through a program of community work, through training sessions and retraining of trainers, relays Community leaders, advocates and mobilizers, then they are launched in the intervention sites with a knowledge of what and how to do. As a result, we divide the stakeholders into different solidarity committees to facilitate exchanges in a specific setting, gathering the points of view of each. Thus, until now, the solidarity committees of : pregnant women, sexually abused women, girls, young boys, community leaders: customary, religious, politico-administrative authorities, wise women, medical bodies: women midwives, nurses and doctors , Medical researchers, laboratory technicians, as well as solidarity committees of people working in the same profession: farmers, teachers, cooperants, club players, pupils, students, etc. After the training, community relays are deployed as a team on the sites and Our policy here, is based on the proximity campaign, that of visits to homes of beneficiary groups of our HIV / AIDS projects. This method helps the victims to go out of their clandestinity to take contact and language with the community agents who will finally have to take them to the hospital of the zones of health for the test, care, treatment and medical and nutritional care. With this approach, we can feel we have the expected result under the projects.
