Cever Chilende is a 2012 AVAC HIV Prevention Research Advocacy Fellow. He is currently working with Treatment Advocacy and Literacy Campaign (TALC) as a Monitoring and Evaluation Officer. He is also involved in observing Good Participatory practice in the PopART study in Zambia.
