We majorly base on influence,interest and investment the stakeholder may have in relation to our study.What kind of people are we interested in that we believe are essential for promoting the interests of our research. Normally we draw from our inventory list of stakeholders we have worked with and continue to have good relations with. Very many individuals are always willing to work with us but basing on our experience with the community, we always assess by attaching power, influence and investment into our research. importance is attached in relation with the levels scored by each identified stakeholder according to the scaling. This helps us come up with an approach and framework of how to work with each of them effeiciently and effectively.
