Thembi Kubheka is a graduate from of South African College of Psychology and hold ( Advance Counselling and Communication Diploma) and Also worked as Auxiliary Social Work. Thembi has accumulated most of her working experience in Non governmental organisations and in clinical research organisation. She is currently employed as a counsellor Supervisor and CAB Co-ordinator under the Wits health Consortium running clinical trials since 2005. Her role in the department is to support counsellors and oversee recruitment and retention strategies, and lease between Community Advisory Board and the staff. This experience expanded her knowledge and experience on HIV/AIDS clinical Trials prevention and treatment, TB trials and Community engagement.
