I work at the Division of AIDS at NIAID, NIH. I work in communications and community engagement and over the years have worked with all the NIAID funded HIV/AIDS clinical research networks and community advisory boards in one form or another. I serve as the Division's liaison to Community Partners, a cross-network group of community representatives, and the Legacy Project, which seeks to increase awareness and knowledge of HIV research among underrepresented populations in the US. I have also played an active role in other community engagement projects such as the NIAID HIV Vaccine Research Education Initiative and Be the Generation Bridge.
