Am a graduate with Bachelor of Arts Degree (Sociology). I have 11 years’ experience in managing HIV/AIDS, Advocacy and Prevention, Community mobilization, Community capacity building, Sexual Reproductive Health, Research and Data collection. Currently I work as the community liaison and mobilizer for HJFMRI/Walter Reed Project Kericho I have worked also for 9 years as a Community Liaison officer-South Rift (Liaising with Government ministries, Non Governmental Organizations, CBOs, FBOs and Youth groups) for Walter Reed Project- Kericho, My job description comprised of the following: Managing community mobilization and sensitization, training and capacity building , planning, resource mobilization, monitoring and evaluation, Managing &Training of HIV/AIDS Programs, Donor reporting, Research coordinator for Male Circumcision Protocol, Data collection, Coordinating and Mobilization of the community for uptake of Voluntary Male Medical Circumcision (VMMC) which i was part of the strategic development and its implementation usinng innovative ways. In addition, I have worked with marginalized communities in the North Rift in data collection and community development. Am a great team player.
