I have background in occupation therapy and counseling psychology which was health sciences related fields. I used to work as a researcher in the university and a project coordinator of the antiretroviral treatment related project in the government organization. As a project coordinator, I have experience in coordinating and monitoring all activities related to the project including project initiation, managing all aspects of community interventions and educational activities pertaining to project, assisting the project PI in carrying out staff training and the development of procedures manuals, and taking responsibility for the day-to-day management of the clinic In addition, I successfully administered the projects (e.g. staffing, research protections, budget) and coordinated with other researchers. As a result of these previous experiences, I am aware of the importance of frequent communication among project members and of constructing a realistic research plan, timeline, and budget. Currently, I work as a study coordinator for IMPAACT studies at a Research Institute for Health Sciences (RIHES), Chiang Mai University.
