Training Overview:
This two-hour training provides an overview of stress, self-care and burnout prevention. In this workshop, participants will discuss how stress and burn out impact their work and life. Participants will also be able to explore how self-care and stress-reduction techniques can improve their workplace happiness and is a harm reduction strategy.
Training Objectives:
By the end of this training, participants will be able to:
- Discuss how self-care supports your work and is a harm reduction technique
- Recall the positive and negative impact of stress
- Discuss how emotional investment can impact vulnerability to burn out
- Consider stress-reduction techniques to try on while working and while away from work
