Training Overview:
The goal of this training is to provide general guidelines for the prevention and management of conflict, as well as a plan everyone can use to navigate conflict when it arises. We will discuss what conflict looks like and strategies for navigating it, as well as discuss building personal skills in self-management during conflict and safety.
