For our site how we sustain the level of commitment and motivation among community and stakeholders differs. we conduct activities especially at the beaches near the landing sites and we play football with the community and we also do music dance and drama. this has showed the community that we are part of them. It has boosted our retention rates. We motivate some of the stakeholders by taking them for and seminars away from home and even they travel outside countries for special training. When they are going back home they are refunded mileage and transport.
We offer T-shirts with study information and calendars plus diaries to volunteers but it also comes with a budget. But by offering this to them has created an impression that provide even more e.g school fees , Mosquito nets and even food. We are very careful in doing this we don’t cross boundaries.
