In my experience and because at the moment we don´t have of trained stakeholders whom have to complete their role in research they are involved, it should be necessary go with the first step which is identify and training them, in this way it should ensure a well-trained and conscientious stakeholders of their work in their communities and during the conduction of research.
I would identify key people in their communities, which participate in local events or meetings, at the same time I would consider ex-participants from clinical trials as potential stakeholders because they have their own experiences since they know in firsthand the importance of developing research to improve the knowledge and the fight against different diseases.
