Stakeholder engagement is key priority for us before any activities commence.You always want to have someone on your side whose opinions can relate with the majority of the people your interested in.It makes implementation of project tasks easier and much faster. The challenge is how far should we  engage them.To what level ? The problem is sometimes they want to be the face of the study.They feel they should participate in everything. It becomes their agenda over the overall project objectives if not properly monitored.
